How do you feel

Politics- well i really don't listen to politics and what they have to say sometimes.
I don't really know much about them.

Abortion- well i don't agree with it but i guess it depends on the situation your in. I feel that everyone go through different things and they have their own mind so in my opinion i don't agree with abortions all the way.

Religion- I feel religion is very important because it has alot to do with family. its something that you are committed to when it comes to religion.

Teen violence- I really do not agree with teen violence i think it is so over rated it is so childish and i don't like it one bit. people just need to grow up and stop trying to please everybody when its not needed some people just want to fit in

Race in America-I don't agree with racism because in my eyes we all come from the same place we might not come from the same parents but one person created us and that is god and to him we all are the same no matter what color, how long or short your hair is it just don't matter so i don't agree with that either

My most rememorable thanksgiving ever

Well i don't really have a most memorable thanksgiving because to me they are all the same i eat and have fun with my family. The only thing that was different this year was the cake, we did not have any red velvet cake and sometimes that is the best part about thanksgiving if the cake is cooked right. But other then that i have enjoyed all of them the same.

Ron Clark

I think that was a great inspiring story that was my first time seeing it and i loved it. I think the way he stuck by those kids and helped them through their hard times and the situations they were going through was amazing. He saw that potential was in each of his students when everyone did not, when everyone doubted them and only wanted them to see and do wrong. He helped get them on the right track it took some time because all they knew was street and every teacher that had ran out on them, they expected him to do the same but instead he stuck by their side. People can really learn something from this movie, because it is alot of kids that might need a role model in their life when something is going wrong at the home or they are just having problems in their life. Their are some kids like one of the characters in the movie (Shamika) who wanted to act out and show that she did not care for anything but being bad she was doing this because her mother was always at work and she had no one at home with her but her little brothers and she had to watch them while her mother worked, no one paid her any attention and she felt as if no one cared. But with the help of Mr. Clark he opened her mother's eyes and showed her that she has a smart Daughter and that she could be anything she want to be as long as she put her mind to it and he was going to help her get into a better school shamika's mother could not believe what she was hearing but she gave it a chance anyway. Mr. Clark helped out every student in his class and they did excellent on their test which they scored above average. I really enjoyed this movie alot. The kids just needed some motivation and inspiration to help them get going. I feel like they were just wanting and needing someone to care and to show them they care and that is what Mr Clark did

Respect

To me respect means showing others the respect you would want in return, meaning when talking to someone talk like you have sense and not loud and obnoxious. you should treat others the way you want to be treated, that's having respect for others. having respect for yourself means if you are a young lady carry yourself that way, talk with respect, dress with respect and show people that you ave respect for yourself because the way you present yourself to people that's the way they will look at you.

Mrs Mary, and Mrs. Nikki

I really enjoyed our guest speakers when they came, and they really shared some useful information, and also some idea on the cost of living. I learned that in the Greystone Apartments you have to earn three times as much as the rent, i learned that if you want to have a pet/dog there are certain types. I also learned the difference between a lease and and a occupant. I'm really glad they came to share this information with us because it was very informational. they also informed us that if you work for companies like aflac, medical center, the military, etc. then you would only pay have the price.

River walk flooded

News states that after it rained the river walk flooded and water was rising everywhere. On the news it showed where the steps of the river walk was completedly under water.

I feel as if we should all take percautions and be safe it rains alot and we should all be prepared of what will happen after the heavy rain
